Whats the difference between this guitar and a live acoustic

Set up is everything, even on a less expensive guitar. Looks like these guys go far above average. Have had to down priortize guitar costs vs raising family years ago. In retirement years other things can jump up and rattle the budget. Just being contented hobby picking with a cheaper guitar with decent set up....Maybe one of these guitars, one day.
